The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM and the 10/21/09 Minutes were approved.
The DPH Situation Report on the H1N1 Response for the week of 10/26-30/09 was received, reviewed and filed.
The Red Cross Interactive Online Community Catalog was received, reviewed and filed.
The 11/05/09 Conservation Commission Agenda was received, reviewed and filed without comment.
A notice of a meeting of MAHB in Springfield on November 7th was shared. We do not plan to attend.
Title 5 Inspections were approved at:
3949 Jacob’s Ladder Rd. Map 201 lot 21
174 Greenwater Pond Map 202 lot 27
Soil Suitability Assessments were approved at:
31 Western Ave. Map 211 lot 87
114 Sherwood Dr. Map 216 lot 400
An application for Disposal System Construction Permit at South Cove Drive (Map 211 lot 64) was approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM.
